Typically, to increase production volume in selective soldering processes, additional soldering units need to be added, or the machine must be equipped with a dual conveyor to allow parallel processing of boards. These measures, of course, are related to large investment.

Synchro and SmartSplit are software features that coordinate and control the production flow.
While Synchro is optimized for batch production, SmartSplit ensures highest production rates in mixed operation, thus allowing high mix – high volume production in selective soldering processes.
In both production modes, the soldering job is automatically distributed among the available process stations that are integrated into the individual machine. As a result, Synchro and SmartSplit enable the production volume amost to be doubled – without large investments.
All parameters required to use the SelectLine-C in Synchro or SmartSplit production mode can be easily programmed using SEHO’s offline teach progam. Creating soldering recipes is comfortable and quick. For an assembly, only the overall soldering task needs to be programmed. The software automatically divides the soldering task among the available process stations and calculates the fastest route to minimize handling and processing time.
