This will be your tasks.
- Planning, conception and realisation of trade fairs and events.
- Co-development and further development of the employer brand to position the company as an attractive employer.
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies, including market and competition analyses.
- Responsibility for the creation of advertising materials (flyers, brochures, promotional items, etc.) and content creation for various media formats (e.g. blog posts, videos).
- Management and further development of the social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Xing, LinkedIn, including content planning, publication, community interaction and placement of paid adverts.
- Managing external service providers and working closely with internal departments to ensure a consistent brand presence.
That you should bring with you.
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship in marketing, media, event management or a degree with a focus on marketing, communication sciences or a comparable qualification.
- You have a good understanding of digital trends and developments in the field of social media as well as sound knowledge of the use of relevant platforms and tools.
- You are confident in using MS Office programmes, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS (WordPress and/or TYPO3).
- You are characterised by commitment, creativity, strong communication skills, a structured and independent way of working and the ability to work in a team.
- Very good language skills in German and English round off your profile.
