This will be your tasks.
- Installation, administration, maintenance and support of the virtualization environment (VMware) and the Windows server environment, Active Directory, firewall, storage systems, networks (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN etc.), routers and switches.
- IT client management (computers, mobile devices, printers and standard software), including procurement, installation, operation, maintenance and administration of hardware and software.
- Employee support in the analysis and elimination of faults that occur. (ERP, CRM, CAD and standard software) in direct contact with the users.
- User training and implementation of new software solutions.
- Support of the communication systems.
That you should bring with you.
- You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or have a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility.
- You have knowledge of network systems and IT security.
- Experience with the administrative handling of ERP systems as well as in database administration (MS SQL Server, Oracle) is an advantage.
- You have a very good command of English and can use it confidently.
